Privacy Policy
Typad (“we”) is a browser game for learning touch typing and English vocabulary at https://typ.ad, operated from Vietnam. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.
1. Data controller
The controller and processor of personal data is the operator of Typad: [individual or company name, address, tax ID — to be added]. Please send any personal data request to support@typ.ad.
2. Data we collect
- Guest play (not signed in): Training Camp progress, lesson results and settings (such as mute) are stored only in your browser's localStorage. They are not sent to our servers. Clearing site data in your browser deletes this progress.
- Google sign-in (once launched): email address, display name, profile picture and Google account identifier. We never receive your Google password.
- Account gameplay data: score, typing speed (WPM), accuracy, words seen, typed correctly or incorrectly, lesson progress, play times and Arena results (when launched).
- Technical data: server logs recorded automatically by our hosting infrastructure (IP address, browser type, access time, requested page) to operate and protect the service.
- Payments (once Pro launches): payments are processed by PayOS. We only receive the order ID, plan, amount and transaction status; we do not store card or bank account details.
- Analytics and advertising: Typad currently uses no third-party analytics or ads. If we add them, we will update this policy, give notice on the site beforehand and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
We do not collect sensitive personal data and do not ask for your phone number, address or identity documents.
3. How we use data
- To provide the game and Training Camp, and to save and sync progress across devices.
- To show Arena leaderboards when launched (display name, profile picture and score may be visible to other players).
- To improve content, difficulty and game balance using aggregated statistics.
- To keep the service secure, detect cheating and prevent abuse.
- To process Pro purchases and answer support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection and related Vietnamese law, based on your consent when you sign in and use account features, the performance of our agreement with you (the Terms of Use), and legal obligations. For users in the European Union, the corresponding GDPR bases are consent, contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests (security and anti-cheating).
5. Third parties
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): data storage and website hosting.
- Google: sign-in with a Google account (Google Sign-In).
- PayOS: payment processing for Pro, once launched.
- OpenRouter and ElevenLabs: used only offline by the Typad team to create learning content (word meanings, illustrations, voice). No player personal data is sent to these services.
- Competent authorities, when legally required.
These providers may only process data as needed to provide their services to us.
6. International transfers
AWS and Google servers may be located outside Vietnam. Before sign-in launches (when personal data first starts being stored on our servers), we will prepare and keep the transfer impact assessment required by Decree 13/2023/ND-CP and apply appropriate safeguards.
7. Retention
- Account and gameplay data: kept until you delete your account or ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days of your request; backups rotate out within 90 days [proposed].
- Server logs: up to 90 days [proposed], unless needed longer to investigate a security incident.
- Transaction records: kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.
- Guest data in localStorage: stays on your device under your control.
8. Your rights
Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP you have the right to be informed, to consent, to access, to withdraw consent, to deletion, to restrict processing, to receive your data, to object, to complain, denounce or sue, to claim damages and to self-protection. If you are in the European Union you also have GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, including account deletion, email support@typ.ad from the address linked to your account. We acknowledge requests within 72 hours [proposed] and handle them within the time limits set by law.
9. Children
Typad is aimed at learners, including school students. Guest play needs no account and sends no personal data to our servers. The minimum age to create an account is still being decided [to be added]. Anyone below that age may sign in only with the consent of a parent or guardian; for children aged 7 or older, the child's own consent is also required under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.
If you believe we have collected a child's data without valid consent, a parent or guardian can contact support@typ.ad and we will delete it.
10. Cookies and local storage
Typad uses localStorage to keep progress and settings on your device, and will use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in once accounts launch. We currently use no advertising or tracking cookies.
11. Security
We use HTTPS, restrict access to data and collect only what we need. No system is perfectly secure; if a data breach occurs, we will notify the competent authority and affected users as required by law.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page; for material changes we will give notice on the website or by email before they take effect.

Chính sách quyền riêng tư
Typad (“chúng tôi”) là trò chơi học gõ phím và từ vựng tiếng Anh trên trình duyệt tại https://typ.ad, được vận hành từ Việt Nam. Chính sách này giải thích chúng tôi thu thập dữ liệu nào, dùng vào việc gì và bạn có những quyền gì đối với dữ liệu của mình.
1. Bên kiểm soát và xử lý dữ liệu
Bên kiểm soát và xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân là đơn vị vận hành Typad: [tên cá nhân hoặc doanh nghiệp, địa chỉ, mã số thuế — sẽ bổ sung]. Mọi yêu cầu liên quan đến dữ liệu cá nhân xin gửi tới support@typ.ad.
2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
- Khi chơi không đăng nhập (khách): tiến độ Trại huấn luyện, kết quả bài học và cài đặt (ví dụ tắt âm thanh) chỉ được lưu trong localStorage của trình duyệt bạn đang dùng. Dữ liệu này không được gửi về máy chủ của chúng tôi. Xóa dữ liệu trang web trong trình duyệt sẽ xóa tiến độ.
- Khi đăng nhập bằng Google (khi tính năng ra mắt): địa chỉ email, tên hiển thị, ảnh đại diện và mã định danh tài khoản Google. Chúng tôi không bao giờ nhận mật khẩu Google của bạn.
- Dữ liệu chơi của tài khoản: điểm, tốc độ gõ (WPM), độ chính xác, các từ đã gặp, đã gõ đúng hoặc sai, tiến độ bài học, thời điểm chơi và kết quả Đấu trường (khi tính năng ra mắt).
- Dữ liệu kỹ thuật: nhật ký máy chủ do hạ tầng hosting ghi tự động (địa chỉ IP, loại trình duyệt, thời gian truy cập, trang được yêu cầu) để vận hành và bảo vệ hệ thống.
- Thanh toán (khi gói Pro mở bán): việc thanh toán do PayOS xử lý. Chúng tôi chỉ nhận mã đơn hàng, gói đã mua, số tiền và trạng thái giao dịch; không lưu số thẻ hay thông tin tài khoản ngân hàng.
- Phân tích và quảng cáo: hiện Typad chưa dùng công cụ phân tích hay quảng cáo của bên thứ ba. Nếu bổ sung, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật chính sách này, thông báo trước trên trang và xin sự đồng ý của bạn khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
Chúng tôi không thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân nhạy cảm và không yêu cầu bạn cung cấp các thông tin như số điện thoại, địa chỉ hay giấy tờ tùy thân.
3. Mục đích sử dụng
- Cung cấp trò chơi và Trại huấn luyện, lưu và đồng bộ tiến độ giữa các thiết bị.
- Hiển thị bảng xếp hạng Đấu trường khi tính năng ra mắt (tên hiển thị, ảnh đại diện và điểm có thể được người chơi khác nhìn thấy).
- Cải thiện nội dung, độ khó và cân bằng trò chơi dựa trên số liệu tổng hợp.
- Bảo mật, phát hiện gian lận và ngăn chặn lạm dụng.
- Xử lý gói Pro và hỗ trợ khách hàng khi bạn liên hệ.
- Thực hiện nghĩa vụ theo quy định của pháp luật.
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn.
4. Cơ sở pháp lý
Chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân và các văn bản pháp luật Việt Nam liên quan. Cơ sở xử lý gồm: sự đồng ý của bạn khi đăng nhập và sử dụng tính năng tài khoản; việc thực hiện thỏa thuận sử dụng dịch vụ (Điều khoản sử dụng); và nghĩa vụ theo luật định. Với người dùng tại Liên minh châu Âu, cơ sở tương ứng theo GDPR là sự đồng ý, thực hiện hợp đồng, nghĩa vụ pháp lý và lợi ích hợp pháp (bảo mật, chống gian lận).
5. Bên thứ ba
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): lưu trữ dữ liệu và vận hành website.
- Google: đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Google (Google Sign-In).
- PayOS: xử lý thanh toán gói Pro, khi tính năng này ra mắt.
- OpenRouter và ElevenLabs: chỉ được đội ngũ Typad dùng ngoại tuyến để tạo nội dung học (nghĩa từ, tranh minh họa, giọng đọc). Không có dữ liệu cá nhân của người chơi nào được gửi tới các dịch vụ này.
- Cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền, khi có yêu cầu hợp pháp.
Các nhà cung cấp trên chỉ được xử lý dữ liệu trong phạm vi cần thiết để cung cấp dịch vụ cho chúng tôi.
6. Chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài
Máy chủ của AWS và Google có thể đặt ngoài Việt Nam. Trước khi ra mắt tính năng đăng nhập (thời điểm dữ liệu cá nhân bắt đầu được lưu trên máy chủ), chúng tôi sẽ lập và lưu hồ sơ đánh giá tác động chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài theo quy định của Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP và áp dụng biện pháp bảo vệ phù hợp.
7. Thời gian lưu trữ
- Dữ liệu tài khoản và dữ liệu chơi: lưu cho đến khi bạn xóa tài khoản hoặc yêu cầu xóa. Sau khi nhận yêu cầu, chúng tôi xóa trong vòng 30 ngày; bản sao lưu được xóa theo chu kỳ, chậm nhất sau 90 ngày [đề xuất].
- Nhật ký máy chủ: tối đa 90 ngày [đề xuất], trừ khi cần lâu hơn để điều tra sự cố bảo mật.
- Chứng từ giao dịch: lưu theo thời hạn mà pháp luật kế toán và thuế yêu cầu.
- Dữ liệu khách trong localStorage: nằm trên thiết bị của bạn và do bạn kiểm soát.
8. Quyền của bạn
Theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP, bạn có quyền được biết, đồng ý, truy cập, rút lại sự đồng ý, xóa dữ liệu, hạn chế xử lý, yêu cầu cung cấp dữ liệu, phản đối xử lý, khiếu nại, tố cáo, khởi kiện, yêu cầu bồi thường thiệt hại và tự bảo vệ. Nếu bạn ở Liên minh châu Âu, bạn còn có các quyền theo GDPR: truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xóa, hạn chế xử lý, di chuyển dữ liệu, phản đối và khiếu nại với cơ quan giám sát nơi bạn cư trú.
Để thực hiện các quyền này, kể cả yêu cầu xóa tài khoản, hãy gửi email tới support@typ.ad từ địa chỉ email gắn với tài khoản. Chúng tôi xác nhận đã nhận yêu cầu trong vòng 72 giờ [đề xuất] và xử lý trong thời hạn pháp luật quy định.
9. Trẻ em
Typad hướng tới người học, trong đó có học sinh. Chơi ở chế độ khách không cần tài khoản và không gửi dữ liệu cá nhân về máy chủ. Độ tuổi tối thiểu để tạo tài khoản đang được xác định [sẽ bổ sung]. Người chưa đủ độ tuổi này chỉ được đăng nhập khi có sự đồng ý của cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ; với trẻ từ đủ 7 tuổi trở lên, cần cả sự đồng ý của trẻ theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP.
Nếu phát hiện chúng tôi đã thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em mà chưa có sự đồng ý hợp lệ, cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ hãy liên hệ support@typ.ad để chúng tôi xóa dữ liệu đó.
10. Cookie và lưu trữ cục bộ
Typad dùng localStorage để lưu tiến độ và cài đặt trên thiết bị của bạn, và sẽ dùng cookie phiên cần thiết để duy trì đăng nhập khi có tài khoản. Hiện chúng tôi không dùng cookie quảng cáo hay theo dõi.
11. Bảo mật
Chúng tôi dùng kết nối HTTPS, giới hạn quyền truy cập dữ liệu và chỉ thu thập dữ liệu cần thiết. Không có hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối; nếu xảy ra sự cố lộ lọt dữ liệu, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo cho cơ quan có thẩm quyền và người dùng bị ảnh hưởng theo quy định của pháp luật.
12. Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này. Ngày cập nhật được ghi ở đầu trang; khi có thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trên website hoặc qua email trước khi áp dụng.
