How to play
Three steps, a few minutes a day.
Type the word on the dragon
Dragons fly toward the castle, each carrying a word. Type every letter correctly and your arrow takes it down before it reaches the wall.
Hear it, see its meaning
Each time you take down a dragon, the game says the word aloud and shows a meaning card with its pronunciation. Your fingers learn the keys, your ears the sound, your eyes the meaning.
Review after the battle
When the battle ends, review every word you met, see which ones you got right or wrong, and replay each pronunciation.

FAQ
Is Typad free?
Yes. The Training Camp and the game are free. A paid Pro plan will add more words and learning features; it is not on sale yet.
Do I need an account?
No. You can play and practise right away; your progress is saved in this browser. Later you will be able to sign in with Google to keep progress across devices.
Can I play on my phone?
Typad is built for a physical keyboard, so it works best on a computer. On a tablet or phone you can connect an external keyboard.
Which languages does Typad support?
English is the language you learn today. Chinese and Korean are coming. Meanings are shown in your native language (Vietnamese for now, with more on the way).
Why do my keystrokes come out wrong?
Input methods for Vietnamese, Chinese or Korean can change the letters you type. Switch to a plain English keyboard layout before playing.
